2:07 Mid Thursday Afternoon (11 June 2009)   Weeks Flying By It's been raining all week, making me miss Christchurch like crazy. It feels like it's all been one very long day...but a fast week. Like it's been forever but it's already well over halfway through Thursday. hm. All this rain. Now it's Thursday. What have I accomplished since last Thursday? I got the cake picked out, figured out who would be the officiant, got an idea for what music will be played, figured out what flowers I want (but haven't ordered any), sorted out homeowner's insurance, started hemming the dress. Still haven't organized a lot though... where I'm going to get the flowers, how the actual ceremony is going to go, what to do about car insurance, getting the marriage license, hair cuts and other beauty related items, dining tables, purchasing a guest book, and much more I'm sure. oh well. I'm learning a lot at my new job, I think. I hope the people I work with like me! Because I feel bad for them if they don't, as I pretty much have to just follow them around all the time. I'm also learning a lot of new belly dance technique, which is exciting. Someday I'll be good at this dance.

I just had this theory that the millionaire cabin thing happened because lesbian lumberjack shirts are becoming increasingly fashionable. Maybe.

Since I was the only one who voted on the project, I shall have to undertake it alone (rather than say, in a group). Not thinking about it much atm, have an essay due in...four days that I should really start. Oh, me.
I don't think I've consumed any excess amount of parsley recently, so yeah..

Now THAT is a classy tune to walk down the aisle to. I applaud your choice.

D'awwh...just make a playlist of your favourite songs?

Ps. I need to see that dress! :P
Christchurchies miss you too. At least it sounds like everything's falling into place with picking things and working and things, yay! What flavour is the cake? What will be the song to your first dance? (Important details my nosy self wants to know...or perhaps I should wait till after your wedding.)

Party buses are a lot of fun if it's with the right people.
getting married i assume. I am not jealous of the planning and organization that has to go into that. but happy for you! woot.
