Feel a bit stressed of all the paperwork that has to be done, fine print, iffy sales people, iffy phones, government bullcrap, etc.

So along with taxes and remembering all this info, let alone gathering evidence, and the DMV reminding me that my license needs to be renewed this year, there is the fact that I decided to get a new phone recently.

I paid $80 at the store for a Droid Mini when its free online, but thas besides the point and after the fact. I needed to do -something- to move my interest in getting a phone forward. But I never heard of it and the guy was cute and I thought I'd try it cuz it wasn't as big as these latest and greatest phones and so it wouldn't feel gigantic to me. I had 3G network for the past 3 years and I'm not so sure I like the 4G LTE network thing. It goes on the internet whenever it wants. My old phone I could control when it gets online and can tell me if I got an email. I'm getting dings in the middle of the night cuz an email came in. KitKate is the latest OS, but I'm not sure I really care about the latest and greatest OS tho. I seriously only use texting, pictures, phone, and like two apps and occasional internet when I get lost finding places or look up a website real quick.

The phone calls sound like the person on the other end is in the bathroom when they talk to me. Ya know that hallow or echoy sound when in a tiled bathroom or something. These thoughts of them on the john while talking to me has burned images in my mind I can't get out. I could always tell when Evan was on the john talkin to me, but with this phone I'm not sure I could tell.

My old phone had like 16gb, maybe less, and these new phones have 32gb which I think would be enough for me. The real reason I want a new phone is cuz I'm tired of this phone telling me it needs more storage space. I put in a 8gb SD card instead of the 2gb, still wasn't enough. I deleted almost everything but 2 apps I use, and all my books and it still wasn't enough room. I deleted text convos and pictures and still not enough space. Whatever. But with these new phones a lot of them dont have SD card slots and/or you can't take out the battery. Lame. That was like my favorite part of my old phone taking out the battery and restarting it when it went all weird or slow.

Sigh. This isn't an HTC phone which I'm used to and I kinda want the HTC One. I know nothing about motorala and from what I've seen I'm not too impressed. I want HTC back and I already paid $80 for this phone might as well spring another $20 and get an HTC One. I should do it online, its cheaper I think and you dont have to deal with iffy sales ppl. I think I'll return this one and buy the HTC online. Hopefully it wont mess up my upgrade and fee or whatever. We'll find out. It'll take time to get the new phone and I'll have to go back to the old junk for awhile, but it should be worth it.

Anyways, I have 14 days to decide if I want this phone or not. I have a feeling there is a lot of fine print about those 14 days that I am not aware of and I'll prolly run into a hassle to get my money back and return this phone, but hey, lessons learned right? Maybe. But if I'm gonna get stuck with a phone 2+ years again I might as well go big or go home. I'll spring for $100 on a phone and make it last 2-3 years again. I'm comparing prices, specs, and reviews with the Driod Mini, HTC One and the Samsung Galaxy S4. I hear almost all of these are better than iphones, but Galaxy seems to be lagging, and Driod Mini is a free phone so that should tell you something... and so that leaves HTC.

And then theres the issue of renewing your drivers license. Groan. Not just going through all the stupid government stuff and proving yer a citizen and waiting in huge DMV lines, but the actual reality of having to take your picture of your fat face and etching your weight into stone on the license for the next 4 years or something. Its a depressing thought really and makes me not want to get my license. On the other hand it will finally be a license showing I'm over 21 even tho I've been over 21 for like 4 years and it will have my current address. My highschool picture is still on my license from when I was 16. I dont want to replace it with this now fat face. I blame Evan. He did this to me. haha.

And then I prolly have to get up really early in the morning to get to the DMV and wait in lines for forever. Have to fill out the application, pay $25, spill out a ridiculous amount of proof of citizenship and residence, take an eye test (yay Lasik!) and hopefully no written or driving tests to take, and apparently something about a physician determining any health issues that might effect my driving?.... Last time they juss mailed me a new license with the same info/picture on it. Thas why I still had the pic from when I was 16. But I think every time you have to renew you have to come in now and get a picture and all that jazz and take an eye test or prove your health or something.

And then I'm still gathering all this tax information that Min requested even though I'm not sure why and what it has to do with taxes and deductions... but whatever. Trying to find proof is the hardest part so far, let alone remembering all the things I did this year. I spent a lot on medical this year! like 5 grand or something and 3 grand on fixing up my house. Anyways, I think this year is the year of like all renewals of anything I might have. Like in August I have to renew my notary.

But in the near future I'm looking forward to going to D.C.! I just have to survive the next 2 months.
