I just realized that if my Mutti ever died... Vatti would prolly be re-married within 3-6 months of her death. Just like his Vatti. No matter what age. And somehow my Vatti has some connection with others like that..that he could easily/really find someone to get married again. Vatti is that type that may gripe and complain about the "lack of a mothers role" in the home, but once he is without it for a week or so he'll go crazy. He has to have that mother role in the house, I know it. He can't do it alone and he goes crazy alone. I'm not -totally completely- horrified with that idea. It's just...weird to realize that. Note to self: Nothing can ever happen to Mutti. She stays here, healthy and alive.
