I'm so glad I came home this weekend. The day started out stressful. Then I got in my steaming car when SLC was like officially 103 which meant I was like 10 times hotter in my car. I was in my pink tank top and had my dress hiked up around my waist basically and using my make-shift AC during rush hour traffic.... But I made it to Logan around 8pm. Everyone was texting me asking when and where and what... I did good not texting too much. I was so glad my car made thru the canyon for a third time. Anyways.... I went to Jamba Juice when Ryker called and said he was across the street at Smiths filling up. Small world. So he watched me go into Jamba and I asked if he was coming and he said later. I went into the Jamba Juice bathroom and literally like... changed drastically. I'm like combing my hair, trying to cool off, getting a shirt on, putting more BO juice on, doing my hair up etc. I came in like drowned rat and came out what I thought was pritti good looking for the circumstances. Yeah, I make this look good. I had a blast! Megans wedding was honestly the funnest wedding reception I've ever been too!! She looked SO bootiful! I'ma gonna cry. I can't believe she's married now.... Evil (Shane) was there, Kirri, Emi & Brad, Paula, Natalie, Resa and I were there and had a big ol' chat. It was wonderful. Eventually Nate and Ryker made it too. I think it was kinda nice to have the 5 of us 'gang' back together for like five seconds. I invited Ryker... and Natalie made sure Nate showed up. :D I got three pick-me-up hugs! Evil gave me one and like squealed (don't ask me...) it was like a "eeee" sound as he squeezed me. Then Ryker and Nate did before they left. I think it was Nate that did it the first time. I felt special. I loved it. We all took part in the cake cutting, and Resa dove for the brides flowers and I took pictures with her camera cuz I didn't bring mine. We took loads of tarts and lil' chocolate brownies...we raided the candy table stealing gummies, mints, chocolate raisins and I stole the bubble gum. I stole chocolate covered strawberries too and took them home. :D Near the end there we were entertained by the ice sculpture they ordered where the grooms neck was melting faster than anything else which would result in his head falling off. We wanted to see Seans head fall off. One of the caters broke the sculpture. Then we moved our attention to sparklers. Easily entertained. Then Resa, Evil, Natalie and I stood outside the Alumni building and talked fer a bit. I gave Natalie a ride home and found out that Resa locked her keys in her car? Sadness. Ryker went back to his Ashlin. Nate went to a movie. Ditching me. It was kinda fun to make a big deal about it. Kirri went home with Paula. Emi & Brad went to the Cache Valley Circus? and wanted to ride an elephant. Resa went home to pack for Lake Powell trip in the morning and Natalie and I went home. I came home around 10:30pm and walked in the kitchen to put the strawberries on the counter when the new proctor kid Alex and Dad came through the back door. Alex came in first and saw a stranger at the kitchen counter and kinda reacted funny. He waited for Dad to say something but he just acted all normal. Then we got introduced when Dad realized we didn't know each other. I wasn't surprised tho. I'm used to it. :D Then I told them about my "not knowing I had a final" story and then I pulled out a empty bag of gummy strawberry puffs from my pillow, which wasn't empty when I put it in. Uh oh. I must've sounded like a complete ditz for first impressions. Then I don't think I have any gas in my car and basically came here on empty. Mum came home and we chatted. Just like a normal Friday night. Mom, Dad, Dustin, me and a proctor kid around the table late at night. hah. Then they all started going to bed. I had texted Nate telling him I was disappointed he ditched me for a movie. So he called me afterwards which was like midnight and asked if he could come over. So we had a midnight visit. I swear we only see each other in the middle of the night. We sat around his car and in his car. We kept moving. He kept the lights on and blah blah all those mormon precautions. It kinda got annoying about how blatant he was about it. But we talked about good times. First kisses. We talked about ex's. We talked about Derek falling in like with his sister. WEIRD. My ex with his sister. I can see them marrying tho. Does that mean Nate and I can't marry? heh jk. He was very blunt about the fact that he was attracted to me. I didn't have....much to say back. I don't know why he keeps informing me of that fact. It's not like...its going anywhere even if I said it back to him. He's still leaving to school at SUU. I was tired and in pain and started to get a lil' anxiety with all the exhaustion of the day so he ended up carrying me to the porch. He likes to...pick me up, tickle me, hug me.... but at the same time avoid touching me...mmk. We talked til to 2pm...and off to bed. It was a good day. :D
