Fer attempting to avoid all the illnesses that the boss brings in I shure aint doing myself any favors.
So the boss had pink eye and never went home.... then by the end of the week he claimed an ear ache and went home, turns out that pink eye went to his ears and gave him a sinus infection and all the lovely stuff that goes with that.
I've had some allergy issues because it rained this week so my eye, singular, has been leaking so I'm checking it like crazy for any pink. Then I took a pill for allergy relief and turns it out it kinda makes you drowsy (not night time tho) so I had a miserable time trying to stay awake yesterday at work. Then I took my contacts out and wore glasses to give my eyes a break before the new months contacts went in and that always makes my one eye leak for some reason. My eye goes pink on and off a lot. So I have many reasons for a leaking eye and I'm always touching it and I can always wonder if my allergy symptoms will turn into an infection.
Then on top of all that I gots a 'get away' planned morrow and I don't wish to be miserable while I'm...getting away and relaxing. I usually bring a bag of food for lunch but today I brought a bag of meds ranging from the relaxing stuff for my shoulder I keep sleeping on wrong to the slight tummy ache I had this morning. I did the marathon cycling on the bike at the gym the other day and I'm walking funny and cramping up all the time. Another pain to add to the list.
But on the plus side its pay day today. My finances are going well. I'll finally pay rent today. Our cell phone bill isnt threatening to shut down our phones anymore and I got about $700 saved up for the trip to SC to see Claine. And I got my hip hop Romeo and Juliet tickets in the mail for Mar 17. yippee!
