don't trust thrill plant. its a scam. will not refund for trips that don't even exist. well the hot air balloon company that Timmy found is just a scam. They are called Thrill Planet. the website doesn't even work. that probably should have been a sign... maybe it worked when he first made the plans. it was a while ago. but its crazy... the first 2 websites that come up when you type in "thrill planet" are supposedly their website... and the rest have the word "scam" in the description... idk, i just think for big purchases you should get a contract stating your rights, and if they refuse.. they aren't legit. True businesses will never have a problem writing up a contract if you ask for one. and i think its especially important when the transaction is over the phone. i don't think we're going to get the money back for it though. theres another place that does the same thing only they pretend to do skydiving. they act as a skydiving center when they are merely a booking agency or whatever. and this is the same thing. every time we call and ask for the manager.. he's suddenly unavailable. so far he has only been at work a total of like 10 hours in a week. i called and talked to the customer service "lady"... which she was anything but... you can't be that defensive without a reason... basically she wouldn't give me straight answers so i kept calling back. she didn't like that because she has to answer the phone.. and when its the same person over and over... o man she was angry. she finally had me talk to some co worker. he was a little better at lying but i don't buy it. he kept saying mike wasn't there and to call back tomorrow. i told him why doesn't he just have mike call me then. so he said ok. but i don't believe there is a mike. and if there is i don't believe he will call. i think it was a quick fix so i wouldn't keep calling the rest of the day. well we'll see if he calls. if not they only bought themselves one day. how will the generate business if their line is always busy?? if u wanna help the number is 1.800.372.1254 remember they are a scam so DO NOT purchase anything. so anyways... I'm a little upset. yeah my birthday was ruined but he didn't try to make up for it. I am happy it was with him, its better than not. but if that happened to my surprise for him... I'd either have a back up plan or.. or try something else.. idk.. light some candles and put on some romantic music at least and have a nice whatever.. but i think we just.. watched tv or something. idk I'm not upset with timmy, I'm upset with the fact that i can't have a nice birthday ever. we didn't even go out to dinner like planned. idk what happened. and I was the one to mention a cake of some sort. idk. i just feel like it was me trying to make my birthday instead of him.
