oh god i just thought of something: the house i am really interested has a nice yard and a dog kennel built in the back. would you be interested in renting the house from me for ~ 500 a month or so? Not sure on the details as i haven't made an offer on the house yet but if i get it, would you be interested in working something out with me? also, if you didn't mind, i could also live with you and Zach in the house and split the 500 3 ways.
