Pigeon Chasing

Lovely day today. Roommate left late this morning, I studied for my computer final, went to history and turned in my essay for our final...cake, really. Josh and I went to the bookstore to sell back our books and wouldn't you know it, I got $113 for my books! I was thrilled! Poor Josh only got 19, but I had a lot more to sell back. On our back to the dorm we saw a man taking photos of a flock of pigeons on the lawn. "How tempted are you to just go racing through them?" I asked. Josh smiled mischeviously, "Very." When the man had changed his focus, I convinced Josh it was worth the game. We dropped our things and went racing on the lawn, hollaring with our arms wild as pigeons fled before us. They swooped around the lawn and we changed direction, falling into a fit of laughter and showed some mercy on them as we stopped running. "That was so worth it."
