quarter break rock

Feeling: reluctant
So. THIS part of break is relaxed. With B's family it's stress-stress-stress every 5 minutes changing plans and laughing at us and not understanding because all they speak is Telegu. So now that we're at Nayan's it's way cooler. On Friday we got into the hotel at like 1am. Next morning B's mom wakes us up at EIGHT to go shopping. BS. But we went anyway, sat in the back of a taxi for ages and then walked around a bazaar in the heat of the day. It was sweet though. We went around all day and shopped 'til we dropped and drank fresh fruit juice from the corner stand. I ended up with 2 shirts, 2 jackets, a pair of pants, 2 skirts, and a pair of hott shoes, and with my share of the hotel room it came out to 2600 bucks. As in, 49 American dollars. Came back Friday night and ate hotel dinner at like 11pm, sooo tired and crazy, and this one really annoying guy explained the menu to us and how one section is Chinese food and one is Indian (when it said that right at the top). But oh well. "What's Chinese fried rice?" "I dunno. Hmmmmmm" "I think... it's made with... Chinese people..." Alisa. hahahahahaha LOVVVVEEE HURRRRRRR. Slept 'til 10:30ish and then went around with B's cousin and I got my nose pierced, Alisa got a second hole and cartilage in one ear, and Nicole got her ears and her nose pierced. Sweet muffins. They just put on anesthetic and antibiotic and shoved the ring right through. Crazy. No gun or anything. CRAAAZZZYYY. Nicole was flipping out and all the guys were laughing at her. Haha. In Hindi. Then we went around to random malls and stuff to change dollars to Rupees and treat Alisa and Nicole to "Caribbean Breeze American smoothies" at a JuiceZone with four guys behind the counter all staring at us to Backstreet Boys while we drink. Then met up with Nayan at this other mall and chilled for a bit and then went back to her house in Noida (amazingly gorgeous part of the city) and got ready to go out clubbing. I called my family and my sister picked up and it took her a second to realize who it was but then she was like "CLARA!" and it was extremely rewarding. Sad that I never get to talk to them, I'm always at Hostel on Saturday nights :x Hahaha. So anyways, we got all prettied up, me in my hot pink shirt and shoes that I bought in the last 5 minutes we were at the mall, Nicole in my skirt and Alisa's shirt, Nayan in this crazy outfit (she's so cute haha), Alisa in jeans and a T-shirt, and Robin in a cami and jeans. It was soooo awesome, the first time I got to show my stomach and my shoulders outside my room for 2 months!!!!! Blech. Then we met up with Nayan's "sister"-cousin and she and her friends took us to this one pub with a bunch of like 40-year-olds... Then it closed so we went to this other pub called F Bar :x It smelled like cigarette smoke - discs are better than pubs, but it was still fun, and the sister-cousin's guy friends/bodyguards chilled with us while we danced and got hit on by more drunk old guys. Haha. It was really fun. This one guy named Siddharth was with us like the whole time protecting us and like orbiting as guys tried to come in from different sides. Nice guy. Haha. Got back smelling like cigarette smoke - disgusting - and showered and ate bread and cheese. Nayan's house is so amazing and beautiful and her family is also really neat. Her dad looks kinda like Shah Rukh Khan and her mom is really pretty and they're both really fun and really friendly. Teehee. Anyways, Nicole and Alisa and me slept in the huuuugge bed and Robin and Nayan slept on the floor and we had French toast and juice and stuff for breakfast and now Nicole's in the shower and we're waiting to get picked up by Bhargavi after about 3 changes of plans this morning. Bleh. I'd rather stay at Nayan's another night. We go back to school tomorrow. Woot. You know what THAT means...
