::Dead Week::

"Fire eyes come light the skies tonight..." That is the Remedy song that happens to be in my head right now. Man, it is dead week. I'm sitting here in the Onion with Kels and we are working on our History of Christianity papers that are due on Wednesday. I'm not looking forward to organizing the mug tomorrow and typing up 4-5 pages on it. Keep in mind y'all that I am a business major, thus I am not fond of nor am I equipped to write papers of the size and callaber. MMM...Paradise Found Coldstone Ice Cream was mighty good. I enjoyed every bite. Now if only I could tone up the bod for the beach that is coming up in less than 2 weeks. But before I go on my roady to Flada I have a busy 2 weeks coming up. My finals consist of something every day during the week next week...a make up exam, a final quiz, a final essay exam, and two comprehesive finals. Watch out, I'm going to be booked up the alley with books in my face for the next week and a half! I finally wound up in the gym this afternoon. It had been a long 4 or so days away from aerobic exercise. I started off power walking and gradually got into a jog, but found myself with a side ache and I was pretty hot. See what happens when you don't work out for a while? You fall behind. Who needs school? Who needs working out? Ok so yes, I go to school and yes I work out, I don't necessarily NEED it. I NEED the guidance of the Lord, the communion with Him and His people, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the fellowship with Him and His people. I Need that for life. "Love the Lord your God with all of your heart, soul, mind, and strength and love your neighbor as yourself." This is what the Lord Jesus wants us to follow. He doesn't tell me to go to school or work out, but I'm sure there is nothing wrong with it in its proper place. He just asks to be FIRST in my life. Nice weather... Beautiful sun! Ahh...life.
