::2002 No More::

So 2002 holds one more day, and that day is December 31st 2002...(which is today! duh!!) This year has been pretty awesome. I graduated! I went to college! I traveled! I met some pretty cool kids! Went to some cool concerts and sporting events! And more... I was very blessed in that I traveled to Chicago twice, Kansas City twice, Las Vegas, Estes Park Colorado, KU, UT and ISU. I had a blast on those vacations, and I can't wait to go back. Graduating from High School was such a memorable experience. It was so great to see a good turnout at my graduation party, and again...it was such a blessing to be thought of so generously when people gave me money. This summer was tight..I was a "nanny" for three awesome boys (boys, you know who you are)..we swam, made many many trips to Super T (targhetto)..went to movies, cruised in the Lude..and many more.. I also worked at Sonic..got some great tips..had some great times with all the Sonic kids...yahda yahda yahda.. Camp this summer was TIGHT...by far the greatest summer at camp..I met some really cool Christians from California..and all over the country for that matter..but some really awesome people from Cali..including a guy named Pat.. Pat and I became really good friends that week or whatever...and after camp we talked for about a month or two every night on the phone (don't worry, I have free minutes)..but yeah..it's weird now, because I haven't talked him in over a month, and I don't know if I ever will?? I hope I do, but things just got akward..I mean, heck..he lives in SoCal..that is way far away from here!! Leading up to college, I had so much worry built up inside of me..I didn't know WHAT to expect..but everything turned out GREAT..I absolutely love the "college life", and I'm pleased with my selection of UNL. The people I met were tight, and I am so glad that I didn't fall into anything that would ruin my relationship with God. Back track for a second there...ok so maybe I had some random make-out sessions with a loser kid from 412..but I got over that, and in the end..I realized it was a foolish thing of me to throw myself into something like that...but anyways..I grew SOOO MUCH in my faith! I thank Campus Crusades for Christ, my bible study, my roommate, Grant and Justin..and some other peeps. Eekk..I am getting tired of writing..I think this is by far my longest journal entry...so Happy New Year..and I hope all y'all have a great night..be safe!
