i only had $1.80 in fines on my card. that's so ridiculous that they won't let you take out books even if it's so little you owe. but i paid it, and got a new card because i lost my wallet, and now i can take out books. i'm happy. it's good because the library is only a block from my house. hoorah. i feel so old today. just... like everything is going so fast and my life is taking such weird turns. but it's alright because they're not bad. henry is kind of getting along with the dogs. nicki had her face right up to his and he just sat there. it's getting better. but he wants to go outside and was meowing on the window sill all last night. chris is at work. we got the mazda insured for a little bit, and we have to take it for a safety in a week or so. it's fun to drive. funny though, because adrian's mom is buying a new car, and giving her old one to him. know what kind of car? a mazda mx-3. but it's red and has a different spoiler, so it won't look so silly. also, i want to buy this guy's white precidia, it's a v6 and has the same spoiler as our car does. that would be so funny. all three of us with the same car. but yeah. i've cut back on smoking, and am only smoking a half of a pack a day. yay! also, when things get rolling a little better i'm going to get a membership at the wellness centre. going to start running again, even if my knee starts to kill me. see? old. complaining about arthritis and my knee hurting. so elderly. anywho, i'm going to go find some books to read. the one, the only, laura michelle*
