[34.] Cause I couldn't let go.

Jamie and Shawn stood looking through the hospital window. Damien was right. Angela was beautiful; gorgeous. Never had he seen a more beautiful child. She had quiet, big eyes, that always looked like they were smiling. Shawn's arm was wrapped around Jamie's waist, she cuddled into his chest, and they stood, staring at the baby. Damien came from behind them, watching his new daughter. Shawn left Damien and Jamie alone for a while to see Nadia, Damien's girlfriend. He knocked on the open door, her head twisted in his direction. Her body was tired, but her spirt wasn't. "Shawn!" Nadia's voice ached happiness. Shawn held yellow roses and handed them to her, hugging her. "Hey, beautiful." He smiled, he'd known Nadia forever, or so it seemed. Damien and her had been in love since they had laid eyes on each other. They were proof of love at first sight. "These roses are gorgeous, Shawn... thanks, booboo." Nadia had always called Shawn 'booboo' prior to an inside joke created about seven years ago. The name always stuck with him. "Welcome, doodoo." Laughed, Shawn. "How are you doing?" "I'm fine, I'm fine..." She smiled, rubbing her now flat belly. "Hi." In walked Jamie with Damien behind her. She walked over to Nadia and hugged her. "I'm Jamie." "I know." Nadia smiled. Jamie sat next to Shawn. They stayed there for a while, not long before Shawn and Jamie drove back to his apartment. They walked in his door, both laughing and tickling each other. "Stop... St-aaaaaoooppp... Shawn! I have to peeee. Stoaaapppp tttickickcickling!!" Shawn laughed and stopped, "Alright, alright, go!" Jamie giggled and walked quickly to the bathroom. "Are you hungry?" Spoke Shawn from the kitchen. "I'm starving!" Yelled Jamie, from the restroom. Shawn opened the refridgerator, smiling. He loved how Jamie admitted how she felt. Unlike other girls who would die of starvation before admitting to a guy that she wanted a french fry. Jamie walked out, and immediatly met Shawn at the door, with a can of whipped cream in his hand. Of course, he sprayed it all over her, not long before she screamed, attempting to fight off the sweet frosting off of her. "Hey! No fair!" Jamie ran around, with Shawn chasing her, drenching his whole living room with white snow. Jamie turned and jumped on Shawn, tackling him over on the ground. She sat ontop of his waist, and grabbed the whipped cream. Her hair had turned a disgusting whitish color and she was giggling. She sprayed some whipped cream on her finger and licked it off. Then she leaned in to kiss Shawn, but instead, sprayed his entire face with the thick, white substance. She screamed and ran around spraying from behind her. Shawn chased her until he tackled her. In the end, they sat in a pool of white whipped cream, staring at the celing, kissing. And white.
