::Theft::

Feeling: melancholy
Well.... Saturday night, there was a theft. A theft that happened in my car. A theft that I didn't think much of. I awoke to the beautiful morning of that Sunday which for the 6th day I would have had to work, but a friend thankfully and graciously took my shift (old people have to eat too) when I came to the startling surprise that my car had an unlawful entry. At first, I noticed a certain portable cd player was no longer in my posession, along with the William Joseph cd that was in it, along with some change. At first, I thought nothing of it because those items I knew I could never get back. It wasn't until my drive to work on Monday when I realized that I had 2 (count them, 1, 2) Drum Major maces in my front seat....that have now also disappeared. It is also my fault for not having my doors locked because of a convenience issue for me (my locks are messed up) and should have had them locked,.... but for someone to get into a total strangers car and steal things.... I've got a parade in 2 weeks. So... of course, I reported it to the police, but because my car was unlocked, and I'm on liability only, I can't do anything except file a claim...even then, it's gotta be under my band directors name. Pff.... some work the police can do.
