Bowled Over

I went bowling today for the first time in 2 years maybe. Good company, good fun! I tried to take some pictures, but the damn workers stopped me. Monkey asses. I love that bowling alley. At night, they turn the lights off and the bowling balls and pins glow in the dark. Haha that's the kind of thing I like. Cheesy and cool. We went during the day, though, so it was all bright and not too cheesy. They played songs that were big when I was 17, still in high school, and I went with people I hung out with more when I was still in high school. Fun times... Weird how a trip to a cheesy bowling alley could make me long for those fun times again. I had to buy $3 socks at the alley because I couldn't find a pair of socks at my house. How strange is that? We also watched About Schmidt after that, though we missed the first few minutes of it. I can't believe that old, saggy woman agreed to bare her old, saggy breasts on the silver screen. Not a bad movie overall, though. I think this is my first entry where I actually wrote about what I did in a day. Hmmh. Ya think I should just stick to the cryptic entries? I think I just might. --------------------------------------------- I also heard the sweetest thing today; an old friend who I haven't seen and spoken to in awhile said over the phone that they missed hearing my laugh. Lovely.
