hey guys! hows it going? i'm spectacular! this week was pretty intense, but it was a good one!
sunday i left eileens and i was quite tired, but i still managed to drive home! probly not the safest idea but whatev. then we went to church and i came home and did summer reading and stuff... then i hung out w/ james for the whole night and he ate dinner over and stuff. it was a good time!
monday was kinda blah.. i went for my first day of "work" and it was fun. i like the kids there a lot, although it is surprisingly hard work. working w/ kids is hard b/c they always have more energy than you. after that i hung out and did summer reading, napped, and talked to some awesome people on the phone!
tuesday was the dreaded math B, but it ended up being TONS of fun! leenben and kristen followed my dad there and then we all hung out afterwards. aka went to wendys and record archive and got free posters! we got a really sweet poster that said GOSPEL and hung it in kristens window! :-D then we visited james @ fruit palace and that was fun, too. but i had to get home so i could go to the waterloo outlet mall w/ my mom and sister. i must say, it was a lot more fun than i was expecting. but it was exhausting, too.
wed. i had work and i hung out w/ 1-5 year olds for 5 hours. sweet deal if you ask me! wed. afternoon i went to the hodges to watch a movie w/ james. we were gonna watch x-men but instead i made him watch the notebook. needless to say, it's his new favorite movie! ;-) so then i went home and hung out w/ my family for the rest of the night!
thurs. was a pretty intense day! i worked from 9-2 and then went to the wooden playground cuz we had people visiting us. then we took them to charlotte beach. they have kids who are 3, 5, and 8, so i was w/ little kids till like 6:30! then we went and picked up eileen at nates (where i wished i could've stayed) and we hung out for a bit. it was nice to see everyone.
but pretty much this past week has been tons of fun. idk why, i guess cuz i've been hanging out w/ such cool people! i've been reading a lot of my summer reading book, btw. wed. and thur. i read like 100 pages! sometimes it bores the crap out of me, but other times its not that bad. it has it's cool parts. ok so i'm gonna wrap up cuz that was insanely long! have a super awesome day guys! i love you!
