so flower city was pretty awesome, not even gonna lie. not only did i totally learn a lot, but i had an amazing time too. me and jaci slept in a kitchen. not the most comfortable place in the world, but what can you do? i should be more tired than i am. like i think i'll be tired tommorow (and the next day, and the next). so i was a shepherd for my super awesome site (34). that went well, i guess. i was worried i wouldn't do a very good job. mostly i didn't really know what to expect, but it wasn't bad at all. so my site was perty cool, i didn't know anyone except kyle and i had a lot of fun bonding w/ her. and i really enojoyed meeting everyone else and bonding w/ them! we fixed a woman's house in the inner-city. we put on new doors/handles and stuff and cleaned her yard. it was really humbling though, b/c 4 of her 6 grandkids were there, and their mom died 5 months ago and they were all under the age of 12. so it made me feel so blessed for the life that i have and that both my parents are together and alive. and idk that was just pretty crazy. so pretty much, God is awesome and flower city was awesome. i hope you all had a wonderful break, see you arounnd. love, me.
