"You want to play a game Tori? Fine, how many cards do you figure are in this deck?" "Like..250" "Okay lets play a game...TWOHUNDREDANDFIFITY PICKUP!"

Here are some more excerpts from my old blog: April 2008 "Okay no one is in the store..." "HI I’M JANE!" Current mood: amused Soooooooo its Wednsday...I can never spell that. Wednsday....Wensday...Wendsday....What ever. LAWL. So camping this weekend....In case you haven't guessed...yes I went camping this May long. I went with Tori...Oh how fun that was. And I'm serious. I actually had a good time. We goofed off ,went for a walk, got a tick on the kitten, freaked out, changed clothes, had showers, AND WHAT AN ADVENTURE. Hokay...so...we go to take a shower. Tori asks which one I want, I say doesn't matter, so she takes the middle one. Of course thats the only fucking shower that works. The first one just didn't work, then the the last one, when you turned on the water, it came spewing out the pipe instead of the shower head. So I had a cold shower, after Tori used up the hot water in the middle one. That was a hilarious day. NEXT DAY. we get up, have breakfast, PLAY FIVE HOURS OF CARDS. we listened to Tori's iPod for most the trip so on the last card game I said "Okay if we're playing another card game, we're listening to MY iPod." fair right? Apparently not. Apparently my music is "Crap." So I looked at Tori and said "HEY. I LISTENED TO YOUR CRAPPY MUSIC ALL WEEKEND, YOU'RE LISTENING TO MINE." For the record: The Beatles and Hawksly workman are NOT crap. Eventful no?? I wish we would have spent more time outside, because then there could have been more moments like when I ran around the pond, picked up this huge log, and threw it into the pond for no reason. It would have been magical. lol. This weekend I'm staying at Sam's, due to the fact that my family will be in swift current at a wedding. I'm not going due to 3 vocal jazz performances this weekend. I'm kinda sad. What ever. At least I get a weekend with Sam. Oh this is going to be good. Damn good. So freakin good I can't even handle it. More on that later. Student teacher is back... :) Oh goodness. Alright well I'm storied out. On the flip side my home slices April 2008 "And that was when I knew..." Current mood: determined Oh glorious Sundays. Today I made my appointment down at soul survivors to get my tattoo. June 2 mo'fucka's!!! I couldn't be any more stoked. Actually that was quite the lie, I'M LEAVENING FOR CHICAGO IN TWO DAYS. I am so stoked I can't even form proper sentences apart from, "I- I just-wow-I'm just so-Jeeze-Like I-OH MY GOD." As you can see from my picture, I did meet Kim Saigh about two weekends ago. She was at the automotive convention we go too every year, and I couldn't pass up that opportunity could I? She's my favorite artist on LA ink. My neighbor Rick also had his 66 caprice there, and won best in class. It was even in the paper as Lorie Mustards favorite car there. Not to shabby. Oh and Kim was super nice, like ridiculously so. This week we've cleaned my house almost completely. We had a Realtor come in and estimate our house, and now were getting ready to put her up on the market. Its been crazy. Boxes, dust, debris everywhere. I really am going to miss this house, but hey I'm up for a new chapter in my life. Its funny how when ever Julia does something really dumb or really funny..I'm always the only one to see it. Like when I blew a big bubble with my gum, and she went to pop it and it got stuck on her hand, Or the time she licked her apple all over before eating it, or when she pretended to kick Jessica Klatt in the butt..I was the only one who saw. Then we both laugh like idiots and people look at us like "Whats so funny?"....That was just something I found funny. That story was actually was a complete waste of time. Tori came back from Europe, and boy was I glad. I missed her like the second day. She brought me a cute pashmina with skulls all over it from Rome!! HOW CUTE. I was so happy, I said thank you like seventeen times. :D Well...I really actually wanted this blog to be somewhat serious and thoughtful, and something that you read and went "...wow...thats deep man..." but I obviously failed. So uh...I'll see you on the flip side homies. <3 June 2007 "Hunter Burgan on late night? Say what!?!?!?" Current mood: amused EVENT OF THE SUMMER: Traveled to Polo Park with Julia, and Christine by bus in +45 degrees weather. I was making this trek to apply for a job in the sears there, and decided to ask Julia if she wanted to come. She said yes and invited Christine and her other friend Caitlin whom Christine and I do not know. But whatever. So we hopped the 92, that was fine, the 92 is cool not to crowded. Then we connected to the 47. Different story. Packed. Some old man who smelled like fish food sat beside Christine and asked her for the time like 3 times and was convinced it was 3 o'clock even though it was only 1. An then some lady who smelled like beer sat beside Julia. Then we connected to the 11 down town. well wasn't it our luck we couldn't find city hall. after going in a GIANT CIRCLE, we discovered that the building I was pointing at the whole time WAS city hall. Almost missed the 11. Another packed bus. This time we were all so sweaty that we were sitting in pools. No jokes. Got off at Polo Park expecting air conditioning. An honest mistake. Due to the construction there was no air conditioning in the end of the building we were on. Finished my interview, looked around, took my shoes off and sat down, because my feet were red, and pruney. Decided to leave, went to the bus loop. The 77 is there. It is now 3:30 My mother assured me that it was a 45 minute ride before we left. WRONG. Try 2 and half hours. We saw parts of Winnipeg I didn't even know existed. Got to Kildonan Place at 5:25. Christine mentions that she thinks it might rain. It starts pouring. I haven't seen wind that strong since this big ol' dust storm we had in Saskatoon once. The sign blew off the side of our bus and off into oblivion. A tree almost comes out of its roots and off into the middle of Regent. The bus driver struggled with getting the emergency exits shut, as they were open to cool the bus off earlier. We pull into the bus loop, I take off my shoes because we are now going to run into the mall. Ran into the entrance not even 5 meters away. Got soaked. like DRENCHED. Christine's mom calls and comes to pick us up. Finally its all over. I looked like a wet raccoon when I got home. The next day My grandma wants us to come over and help out with some of her yard work. We go over, spend about 3 hours there, and then decide to get home before mom gets home. We go to leave, and my front tire is blown. So we walked. From one end of McMeans to the other, and then some. Got home 45 minutes later. It was another +40 day. Now for some happier story's. Patrick and Elizabeth came in, so we went to antuie Joys to help her pack and visit. That was fun. Then later that day we went to the beach and stayed until 10 o'clock. that was kinda fun. We saw the sun set and me and mom stood in the water in hopes that we'd be swept off to Davey Jones's locker. When that didn't happen we decided that you had to actually be on the ocean to do that. I almost let my brothers frogs go on my parents wishes, until he started to cry like a little baby and throw a fit.(A ten year old boy....) As you can see my last week has been eventful. Oh and yesterday while we were at the beach...Darren called. And I missed it. Hes been trying to call for weeks. I hope he calls again today cause I miss him like woah. Riley is due back either today or tomorrow and Darren on the 7th. This means a get together. I cannot wait. I miss my friends very terribly. Oh, and Nikki has her intermediates. Congrats Nikki! Come pick me up when we all get together. I'll need a ride. I miss her. I miss Amanda never mind. Like seriously....ALOT ALOT ALOT ALOT. I'm going to write my learners again sometime next week. FINALLY. Maybe I'll have my intermediates sometime in the next century. Its a possibility ya know. Just thought that all of you might find these story's mildly amusing, becuase I found them fricken hilarious. Seriously I'm laughing at the Polo Park thing right now. I'm tired now from all this typing. I'm going to take a nap with my dog. On the dark side of the moon ya'll. <3 June 2008 "Fucking myspace." Current mood: tired I really hate this thing they've done with the blogs. I cant figure it out, and its fucking stupid. why do people feel the need to change a perfectly good thing? like really...maybe I should complain. I have gotten through another summer with out committing the vehicular manslaughter of my siblings. A feat for sure. They were decent this year, but next year I'll be 18 so I wont be watching them anymore. I'll leave it to my sister, and maybe she can share in this permanent headache they give me. I'm graduating this year, and I cant even believe it. I've said this many times, but somehow it still seems very surreal. Time flies way to fast...it should take it down a notch or two. I'd love to still be in grade 10...wouldn't that be cool? I went to two parties this year. My first actual parties. They were fun I suppose. I had more fun at one than the other, simply because I just enjoy hanging out with sober people. Not to be mean or prejudiced or anything like that, I just enjoy it more when I'm surrounded by people who aren't trying to force alcohol down my throat, and whom aren't stumbling around and making out with everything that moves. My choice. So I saw a really fat prairie dog at the zoo. He was pretty awesome. I named him my BFF forever. I also saw a snake in a tree and shouted "SNAKE'S IN A TREE! SNAKE'S IN A TREE!" Then I looked over at my mother and said. "I'm tired of these mother bleepin snakes, in these mother bleepin trees. Period." Gotta love Smith. My mom laughed. I saw a sloth too. He was sleeping and I was sad that he was sleeping, but happy that I saw him. I'm tired. I woke up at 6:30 to babysit my much ADD cousin. I am going to go wallow in my misery of being tired. On the flip side. <3 I have 45 pages of this shit, so don't be thinkin its over. But thats enough for now. Werd out
