one more step

one more step and i'm home. a few more hours and i'm there! what a summer. longest time without my parents, most moving around i've ever done. but i've had so many unique, once in a lifetime experiences, this was a summer to remember. i can't believe all the people i've met, and the things i've done. i'm so lucky to have been able to do them all. instead of staying home and wasting away in the heat, i did everything from be a counsler for underprivelaged kids, met senators, NAACP officials, kutz, saw family who i haven't seen in a good 8 years, and traveled all over israel. i've made lifelong friends and done things i never thought i'd be able to (gadna! aka boot camp) SO 2months away from home, parents. 1 suitcase that became my home. and too many memories to count. but its the end, and my high school experience goes on. another summer in the book, and i know its been said, but i can't believe how fast its going. same time next year, i'm going to be a frickin senior. ! its hard to think of myself before this trip. in many ways i've changed, and many i haven't (hey, for a while i was saying ya'll, and still comes in every now and then) alright, this time tomorrow (israel time) i'll be back at home, hopefully having already consumed chipotle. i didn't get such amazing presents, did have time but bringing home lots of candies and treats only found in israel. ahh ok, now a transatlantic flight with, according to craig, mike evans, hopefully he won't mind if i sit next to him.... aight. aight. lets go home.
