Entry #65...Memorizing Poem

Feeling: goofy
I'm trying to memorize a poem by William Wordsworth...and I've to some of it. It's kind of lengthy, but it is good. I'm gonna post it below and see what everyone thinks of it. Composed on Westminster Bridge Earth has nothing to show more fair; Dull would he of the soul who could pass by; A sight so touching in its majesty; This city now doth like a garment wear The beauty of the morning; silent, bare, Ships, towers, domes, theaters, and temples like Open unto the field in the smokeless air. Never did sun more beautifully steep In his first splendor valley, rock, or hill; Ne're saw I, never felt, a calm so deep! The river glideth at his own sweet will. Dear God! The houses seem asleep; And all that mighty heart is lying still! Well...what do you think? I've to parts of each line memorized, but it's gonna be a toughy to have it perfectly down before fourth period. -Kat- Darling so there you are With that look on your face As if you never hurt As if you never doubt Shall I be the one for you Who pinches you softly but sure If frown is shown then I will know that You are no dreamer
