So...the bus driver was like "be forewarned, we are supposed to get 3 inches of snow, so it's likely we'll get a snow day." And of course, my jaw dropped like 10 feet, because 3 inches of snow=snowday?!? YEAH RIGHT!!! In Utah we are likely to go to school when it snows three feet, as long as the roads aren't super dooper icy... I don't think I've ever missed a place this much. I can't remember thinking "I want to go back to Alabama," even though I remember sometimes wishing that I lived on an Air Force Base, because I didn't like people saying fricking and heck. Things definitely change, since fricking is the third word of every sentence out of my mouth. I wish we had an endless summer...with snow in the mountains that totally rocked. I don't know how many times I have heard people say that. It's what practically EVERYONE wishes for in Utah. Except the people who don't ski or board and the people who hate the sun... My two favorite seasons. Winter because it's when we start getting back into the swing of things at school. And there's Christmas. The ski resorts open. There's crazy snowball fights and bonding time with friends. Hot chocolate. Comparing who is tanner. Blankets and such on the bus ride to school. White washes, get thrown in the snow, mmm... Summer because it's vacation time. Swimming pools, tan lines, water slides, diving boards. Swim suits, laying in the sun, MUST HAVE SUNGLASSES! Shorts, tank tops, floating the canal, late nights, late mornings, staying in pj's till 4 in the afternoon when I decide to go play in the sun, smooth shaved legs...mmmmm.. I love my seasons. I could live with just them year round. With a wee bit of fall. I hate spring with a passion. All the snow turns into slush. It's a good way to kill your skis, it is. And it's so muddy everywhere and it's nasty rain. I love summer rain showers. I love everything about summer. Except mosquitoes(sp?). I hate them. But I can deal with them. Mmm...smell of sunscreen and chlorine! Puurrrrr. I have an addiction or something. I wish I didn't have an addiction to you. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Tired tired tired. But feeling bunches healthier! YAY! Today we had an assembly and I sat next to TJ. Woohoo. Because Aly had to sing. The entire time TJ as sitting next to me and kept putting his shoulder to mine and stuff. It made me laugh. He's funny. And it's way funny when he swears, because it just doesn't seem right coming out of his mouth. He's so funny. He has cute eyes too! Hehe. Aren't I silly. Yesh...I am.
