'like' isn't actually even a real word. it was created by the polish in a failed attempt to dominate the earth. more on that whenever i uncover the whole truth (hopefully soon)... i have a question. being 16 (legally allowed to have sex), does it make me a paedophile if i am attracted to someone whose age is 14 (not legally allowed to have sex)? several people seem to think i am a paedophile for this reason, whereas i firmly believe that age is just a number and is thusly completely irrelevant. anybody seen the film yet? un chien andalou? what do ya think? as much as i love boring all of you groovy people with my babble about the surreal, paedophilia and polish conspiracies, i must now leave as i am not using my computer at home, 'tis one belonging to the local library and my time is almost expired. later. xxxxx hello. tonight i am a guide for the open evening at my school. boring? yes. do i intend to make it un-boring? even more yes!! i am supposed to tell all of the prospective parents that the school is good, blah blah blah... i intend to let them know the truth about the evilness of the headmistress. but it's all in the name of good clean fun... on the up-side, despite the fact that tonight will inevitably be a living hell, i will still see my allegedly 'paedophilic' crush. she's doing a little performance thing for drama, for which i've seen most of the production, like discussions and such as i usually help out with drama stuff after school these days. i need a job. i need to buy cannibis, a set of drums, tattoos, cigarettes, clothes, books, cds, dvds, a playstation, a handheld console, candy, food, a phone, et cetera et cetera. these are things i could live without (except food) but i want 'em and if you got a problem-O with it, then fuck you. goodbye. |

Moving schools sucks, but at least I have a friend there who I can trust, and who I actually like. Bulmershe is full of Chavs; more to than Ryiesh!!! Oh well... Going to this Battle of the bands thing tomorrow night with Fona and Jess. Im supporting my friend Olly's band, Blood Blister. It should be fun I guess... I have to see the new Therapist tomorrow. The appointment is at 7:30. I don't want to go because she is an Eating Disorder specialist and those people always find something wrong with me. But I'm just going to keep my head up and just freakin go. |

That aside, the reason I titled my weblog "cellar door" is because my favorite line in the movie is actually said by Drew Barrymore. After she's fired from the high school, it cuts to a scene where she is talking to Donnie alone in her classroom. She has all her stuff packed up, and the words "cellar door" are written on the board behind her. Donnie asks "what's cellar door?" She replies "this famous linguist once said 'of all the phrases in the English language...of all the endless combinations, cellar door is the most beautiful.'" I've been trying to figure out who this linguist is because I think he or she may be right. In my opinion, it is not the word itself that gives off a meaning or beauty; it is actually the impact said combination of words has on a person's perception of what the object, idea, issue, belief, and whatever else that word is identifying. So what's so special about a cellar door then? Well, just think of the endless possibilities behind that door. In the movie, this combination of words becomes central, which made the movie even better for me. A cellar door has behind it endless memories that are attached to some one person, some one family, something else outside of the cellar. The possibilities of what exactly is contained behind that door are endless, and I'm pretty sure that's what that famous linguist was referring to when he or she said it was the most beautiful. |
