i think you're right, we do generally think in the exact same way. it's funny how even though we haven't talked in so long we've still grown in the same direction. it figures. it also seems that we've both abandoned our beloved sitdiaries for better things, obviously i managed to do so much sooner. but really i just stopped by to say hello.

you know i got all excited when i saw the decemberists, but then saw the comment following. Haha, just jokin (hun). ANd I'm not big into hip hop, but tyler (yes the star trek guy) is into it, so it rubs off.

your music choices do maek me smile though. the bnl references made me sing, and the meatloaf actually made me smile. I personally like paradise by the dashboard light.

i also have to agree...the wearing of the red poppie has a symbolic meaning that shouldnt be confused with a trend. it should definately be a tradition since trends tend to fade away. It trully saddens me that people would do something so disgraceful as to steal the boxes and that our gov. doesnt promote the meaning of this day but im grateful someone of the youth mentioned this because it means so much more.

First I am so proud of you for writing this. Opinions like this, about a tpoic with substance, need to be voiced more option.
The whole time I was reading this, even though I'm anti-theft to the max (yes its possible for defense to say that), but still the entire time I was thinking kids dont have that respect, because its not fresh to them. They dont appreciate, which is their own fault, but its also because they dont know HOW to.
