Do you want your header picture on the top of every entry? Because it already has a thing on preferences for that. But if you want it on the left side of your entries then load the picture onto photobucket and copy the middle code. Then if you want it on the left, type it in preferences BEFORE the right align code. If you want it on top of all your entries, type if AFTER the right align code.

To get rid of the boxes, go into preferences, header info, and there will be a code that contains some stuff like #entry_table{border:8px dotted;border-color Delete that code and it will go away.
